The GRCF Seminar Series Featuring IDT is scheduled to be held in the Miller Research Building, Room MRB G01, 10-11 AM, Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Seminar Title: Innovative Workflow Solutions for Advancing your Genomic Research
Presenters:
- Olivia Cassidy, NGS Field Application Scientist
- Joe Frangipane, Genome Editing Field Application Scientist
Abstract: We welcome you to join us for an informational seminar where we will present IDT’s innovative portfolio for your next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genome editing research!
In this seminar, we will discuss IDT’s NGS portfolio, highlighting DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq chemistries for standard and troublesome sample types, as well as target enrichment methods for amplicon and hybridization capture. Regardless of your application (oncology, infectious disease etc.) IDT can help you go from sample to sequencer.
In addition, we will present IDT’s complete workflow solutions for maximizing CRISPR-based genome editing in a variety of cell lines and primary cells while mitigating off-target editing and maintaining genome stability. From guide RNA design and modification to RNP-based delivery to the latest tools and services for the validation of on- and off-target editing via CRISPR, you will find options available for getting you to the data you need.
