The GRCF provides the capability of analyzing DNA methylation through several different technologies. Large numbers of samples can be analyzed via genotyping using the Illumina 850K Methylation BeadChip or via custom Illumina products. Smaller scale projects and quantitative analysis can be carried out via Pyrosequencing. We are also able to provide bisulfite conversion of samples prior to use with one of these technologies.
