Returning an item purchased through the 24/7

There are three rules you must follow if you would like to return an item purchased through the Core Store 24/7.

  1. Bring the item to the Core Store in Blalock 1026 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9:30 am – 5 pm NOTE: Closed from 1-2 pm)
  2.  Maintain product integrity by keeping it at the proper storage condition at all times.
  3. Bring proof of purchase (i.e. the Core Store invoice or website order confirmation)
