The Genetic Resources Core Facility (GRCF) offers a variety of CAP/ CLIA compliant clinical support services to the Johns Hopkins Scientific Community and outside partners (academic and industrial) currently preparing or executing clinical research.  We work with clinical coordinators and investigators to develop protocols, implement, train and coordinate processing and shipping efforts post collection.  The facilities located on Blalock 10 on the East Baltimore Johns Hopkins campus are central to the hospital and have 24/7 drop-off boxes available for biospecimens.  Partnership with Johns Hopkins Genomics, one of the world’s largest research genotyping and sequencing centers, allows for expanded clinical genetic testing services.  The GRCF is proud to now support research services from discovery to clinical application.
